Joe Richardson
Founder & Co-Owner
Joe Richardson is a seasoned Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) consultant with over 21 years of experience across the Federal Government, Department of Defense, Air Force, and private sector. With an undergraduate degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he excels in developing and implementing comprehensive EHS policies, programs, and compliance strategies, encompassing standards like OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and ISO 14001/45001, along with expertise in electrical safety, alternative fuel safety, job assessments, incident investigations, EHS training, and Active Shooter Response training. His career highlights include investigative and program management roles at the FAA, supporting broad EHS initiatives in private industry, and leadership in quality assurance and inspections with the Air Force. Certified as an Associate Safety Professional (ASP) and ISO 14001/45001 Lead Auditor, Joe provides customized consulting services to foster robust safety cultures and drive operational excellence across diverse industries.
